What we pay
Fixed rate per property, plus GST. We chase the client, you get paid. Repairs you find are paid separately: you receive 70% of your quoted price.

Every Victorian rental now needs a gas and electrical safety check every 2 years, not just newer leases.
What you need
- Based in Victoria and working in Victoria. This role is for Victorian rentals only, so we cannot take applications from other states
- Electricians: current Victorian electrical licence (Energy Safe Victoria)
- Gasfitters: gasfitting licence or registration with the Type A Gas Appliance Servicing endorsement ("Gas Servicing Type A" on your card)
- Your own ABN, vehicle and test equipment
- Current public liability insurance
- A smartphone, good photos and a tidy, polite manner with renters
The minimum standards checklist needs no extra licence. It covers locks, heating, lighting, ventilation, window coverings, mould, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry basics.
