Every applicant passes licence verification, a technical interview and a supervised field assessment before their first job.

Who we are looking for
Roles are available as a subcontractor under your own ABN or, in some regions, as an employed inspector. Either way, we want people who take pride in a thorough inspection and a report a homeowner can actually understand.
Strong trade or construction background but new to inspections? Apply anyway and tell us about it in the form. The selection process is the same for everyone; we train the right people through it.
- Relevant licence or trade qualification for the work you want to take on
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Own vehicle, tools and testing equipment
- ABN and the right to work in Australia
- A track record of thorough, plain-English reporting
