A Dated Record of Your Home
A property condition report records the overall condition of an existing home on the day of inspection, with photos of what the inspector sees. Owners, landlords and sellers use it as a baseline before leasing, before renovations, before listing, or to plan maintenance over the coming years.
Structural Observations on Existing Homes
If you have noticed cracking, doors that no longer close, sagging ceilings, uneven floors or damp walls, the report records what is visible and gives an inspector’s view on whether the concern looks minor or needs further investigation. It is a visual inspection by a building inspector, and where a structural engineer is the right next step, the report says so.
