Maison is a highly experienced Building Consultant and Expert Witness with over 21 years of experience in the industry. He is passionate about quality construction and aims to contribute to the community by helping homeowners live in the high-quality homes they deserve.

Maison is very quality orientated, and this commitment to excellence has led him to be successful in business. He is also highly regarded in the industry as a Member of the Australian Society of Building Consultants and an Expert Witness. Maison's skillset covers Steel, Concrete and Timber structures, making him an invaluable asset when it comes to assessing building damage.

He possesses excellent determination and will to succeed, as well as integrity and morality. These qualities have seen him through many challenges throughout his career, while his continuous learning and updation in construction and law keep him at the forefront of his field and make him someone you can highly trust.

Joanne is a certified building biologist who evaluates health hazards in the built environment and provides strategies to address exposure and/or source control. She completed her training with the Australian College of Environmental Studies (ACES) and has advanced training in Mould Technician Course (BLDBIO606) and Mould Testing and Destructive Sampling (RTO21740) training through ACES. Additionally, she completed the Water Damage and Restoration Certificate through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC). She is also a certified EMR consultant and has completed a nationally accredited course in Electromagnetic Field Testing (BLDBIO602).

Joanne has been helping to create healthier homes for over ten years by assessing hundreds of places such as homes, schools and workplaces. She recognises mould & EMF exposure issues while also being more passionate about preventive actions, equipping people with the right tools to keep their living environments healthy by understanding potential health hazards. Her expertise has seen her featured on numerous radio programmes related to wellness, plus Channel Ten's 'Healthy Homes' program – all part of her mission towards greater awareness around creating safe habitats for everyone.

Arash is a Principal Structural and facade Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He holds a BEng(Civil), MEng (Structural), MSc (Project Management), and MBA(Strategic Management) from some of the most prestigious universities in Australia and overseas.

Arash has extensive experience in both design and management roles across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, health, aged care, education, correctional facilities and industrial.

Ali is a Civil and Structural Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has extensive experience in design roles across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential (low-rise to high-rise buildings), health, aged care, education, and industrial. Ali's key areas of expertise include complex Industrial design, structural engineering design for steel and concrete structures, and project management.

These qualities have seen him through many challenges throughout his career, while his continuous learning and updation in construction and law keep him at the forefront of his field and make him someone you can highly trust.

Max is a construction project and site manager with experience across industrial, commercial, and residential projects, including low-rise apartments, high-rise mixed-use developments, luxury apartments, and infrastructure works. He has managed excavation, civil works, concrete and steel structures, and high-end finishes, and he runs programmes that keep quality, safety, time, and budget on track.

He brings strong technical capability across construction methodology, procurement, contract administration, and site supervision. He reads and reviews plans and shop drawings, manages subcontractors and scopes, drives defect rectification pre- and post-handover, and coordinates inspections for approvals and occupation processes. He also works to the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards during delivery and site checks.

He previously worked as a chartered building certifier and surveyor in Iran, inspecting projects for compliance with safety requirements, building codes, and statutory approvals, then signing building certifications and occupancy certificates.

With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, Peter Wilson has been a significant player in constructing more than 300 dwellings. With carpentry being his starting point back in 1989, he quickly moved on to take up roles as supervisor and manager for medium-density developments – where his expertise was further developed during this period.

He also holds qualifications that enable him to perform timber pest inspections and prepare corresponding reports, having completed an impressive thousand such so far.

Burak is a highly driven and results-orientated professional with a passion for building his career in the construction industries and sport management. He has a Registered Building Practitioner qualification, a Diploma in Building and Construction and many years of experience working in the housing industry.

As a Supervisor and Construction Manager, he has gained intimate knowledge of all residential building defects, making him the perfect Quality and Assurance Inspector for your next project.

Babak has always had a passion for construction and engineering. After completing his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career in the building industry. He has worked as a builder, site supervisor and project manager on many residential projects.

Babak holds licenses in termite management and completed residential building inspections in Queensland. Babak is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) from the USA.

Jamal is a highly experienced and versatile professional associated with Griffith University, where he has contributed to a range of courses including Advanced Water and Wastewater Engineering, Cleaner Production and Eco-efficiency, Engineering Communication & Leadership, Environmental Hydrology and Hydraulics, Environmental Management Systems, Hazardous Waste Management, Renewable Energy Systems, and Water and Wastewater Treatment Fundamentals.

Jamal possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in building and construction, with a particular focus on inspection, defect detection, and remedial works. His profound understanding of building inspections and defect investigations has been honed over his 9-year career as a Building Inspector, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to identify structural issues and recommend effective solutions. Jamal's skills in termite inspections and his experience in the construction industry further enhance his ability to ensure the safety and integrity of buildings.

Jamal is an invaluable member of the Owner Inspections team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a dedicated approach to every project.

Corey has over 15 years' experience across residential construction, supervision, and building consulting. He completes staged inspections from site establishment through to handover, along with pre-purchase inspections, producing detailed written reports within required timeframes.

He built his career from carpentry into site supervision and defects management, then expanded into consulting work that involves regular coordination with engineers, architects, draftspeople, and trades. He has hands-on knowledge across concrete works, framing systems, roofing, internal fit-outs (including bathrooms), and practical waterproofing details, so he focuses on build quality, compliance checks, and defect identification across the full construction sequence.

He holds a NSW builder licence and has training in pre-purchase inspection reporting and report writing. He also acts as an expert witness for matters heard at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).

Brad brings over 20 years' experience across residential and large-scale construction projects. He has managed sites, coordinated trades, and completed defects inspections on finished homes prior to handover, then tracked and organised rectification works through warranty and maintenance periods.

He progressed through supervisor and foreman roles on high-rise apartments, hotel projects, office towers, supermarkets, and townhouse developments. He focuses on build quality, practical defect rectification, clear reporting with photos, and structured coordination of trades, materials, and site programs.

He has also managed safety documentation, inductions, and handover/commissioning activities on complex projects, including live environments such as hospital upgrade works.

Dan has over 25 years in construction, maintenance, and site delivery roles, with experience across residential builds, industrial maintenance, and government-led programmes. He manages projects end-to-end, including planning, tendering support, site supervision, contractor coordination, and WHS documentation, while keeping delivery aligned with program and scope.

He progressed from carpentry into supervision, estimating, and project management roles. His background includes insurance rectification scoping and estimating, condition assessments, and building inspections, plus operational site management in industrial environments. As a result, he supports clear scoping, organised delivery, and consistent WHS oversight across varied work types.

He also holds asbestos training and First Aid certification and has experience with asbestos sample collection as part of condition assessment work.

Craig brings 21 years' experience across construction delivery, estimating, and commercial management. He manages insurance repair projects and general construction works, ranging from BAU maintenance to large-loss claim projects (up to $2.4m), and he oversees delivery from scoping and estimating through to completion.

He built his capability through trade qualifications in carpentry, fibrous plastering, and solid plastering, then expanded into project and construction management. He leads regional delivery teams, recruits and develops trade networks, and manages cost-plus contracts with accurate valuations, invoicing, cashflow forecasting, and WIP reporting. He also keeps pricing and delivery aligned with the NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and client requirements.

He holds a Queensland Building and Construction Commission contractor licence and specialist training in waterproofing, which supports fit-out and defect-rectification scope where water ingress and internal linings drive risk and cost.
